Twitter is testing “Subscriptions” within conversations
Social media giant, Twitter is adopting an interesting feature that could potentially help improve the user experience. In order to follow an interesting or hot conversation, you don’t have to click the “heart” button or do a comment, instead, you can subscribe to the thread anonymously.
This feature will improve the user experience by giving them updates about a particular thread without engaging with it. Although the feature is not yet fully deployed by Twitter, the feature is definitely under testing according to the original sources from Twitter.

Twitter is also looking forward to deploying interesting features that could change the user experience even more. In fact, they released an application earlier this week known as Twttr which lets early adopters access upcoming features. The company is looking forward to making the entire platform a content focused user interface and experience which lets users engage and protect privacy at the same time.
