Slack Adds Adobe Creative Cloud Integration For Easy Communication

Adobe has been synonymous with productivity, and its cloud service, the Adobe Creative Cloud is also the same. The Adobe Creative Cloud has been proved faithful to teams for years, allowing people to collaborate and get things done. And when coming to teams, Slack is the go-to option for team management and communication. Well, the two productivity giants have come together and made sharing files from the Creative Cloud so much easier.

Slack has already a number of integrations from various platforms. Be it Google Drive, Trello or ServiceNow, Slack has them all. Now, Slack has integrated Adobe Creative Cloud with an exclusive app.  This new app would allow users and teams to share Adobe Creative Cloud files more efficiently, and also show previews of designs or images much more efficiently. Also included is an integration with Adobe XD prototypes that allow notifications to be sent so that one will never miss an update on a particular project.

Adobe Integration

Of the many features that can now be made possible, perhaps the most interesting one is the possibility of sharing directly in a channel the link to a creation from Adobe. Just as you send a link to a website on Slack, all you now need to do is copy a public link, and the preview then appears on Slack. Participants would be able to see information about the particular creation, like when it was created and on which software was the document or creation created in, and also the person who created the project.

Team Communication

Notifications would also be streamlined, and so now you don’t need to jump between apps to get the latest feedback. All you need is Slack, and you have got everything else covered. That way, you can comment or add feedback on the project via the Adobe Cloud, but you can continue the discussion on Slack, thus simplifying the communication part of the project.

With this brand new integration, the Adobe Creative Cloud can very well be the next Google Drive. Though Google Drive comes with various integrations in slack, they are not as streamlined as the Adobe Creative Cloud is with Slack. Right now, the ability to comment, send feedback, chat and work together on projects from different services on a single platform is something that is very useful, and this is also something that would be used effectively by teams around the world.
