Facebook, Instagram and Messenger to leave Windows Phone

Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger which makes up the Facebook family of applications are now leaving the Windows mobile platform by stopping their services on Windows Store. Starting from April 30th, a windows mobile user will have to use his/her phone’s browser to access Facebook or Instagram.

The users clearly know that Windows has stopped the mobile business by 2016, but a number of people are still using the device. We don’t yet have an exact figure on how much users will be affected due to this decision by Facebook, but it’s pretty obvious that Facebook doesn’t have a big number to showcase (they love data from users, we know that very well).

Well, this is one more reason for Windows mobile users to get rid of their so-called “smartphone” which doesn’t even work with major applications that control the world. Microsoft team should be happy about this news because such a smartphone is not practically reliable in this generation.
