Telsa doesn’t want their customers to come and visit the service center waiting for the car to get repaired while the service guys spend their time on something else. Telsa has adapted the uber style of showing the estimated time required to finish the service repair of your car.
The service team will come to your place and pick up the car for service. Same day services and even same hour service could be possible depending on the kind of repair the car needs. These features will definitely put Tesla a step ahead from the other car manufacturers because they offer the service in any part of the country they sell.
